Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor Marks 2nd Anniversary on the Stool with Gratitude.

Nkwanta-Patase, 27th May 2026_ – Rev. Hon. Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor, known by the stool name Otumfuor SasaamoPaninHene AkyeameHene, has marked two years since his enstoolment as a traditional leader in Nkwanta Patase

The anniversary falls exactly two years after Rev. Hon. Samuel Asare-Korang was sworn in on 27th May 2024 and assumed the name Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor. In a message released this morning, he gave thanks to God for protection and direction throughout his tenure.

“Lord, thank you so much for your protection and direction,” Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor stated. He described the past two years as a journey of service across religious, political, and traditional leadership.

He currently serves concurrently as a Rev. Minister, an Hon. Assembly Member, and Otumfuor SasaamoPaninHene AkyeameHene. He said he carries out the three roles with humility and a focus on community service.

Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor extended appreciation to those who have supported him, including Chief Apostle Isaac Karikari Attorah, President of Christ Clergy Council International; Sako Adu Panin, Nana AkokofeHene; and Nana Otimpie Aben II, Otumfuor SasaamoPaninHene.

Special blessings were also directed to Mad. Comfort Adobea of Akrokerri-Adansi and Mrs. Naomi Asare-Korang Frimpong for their continued support.

The statement concluded with a tribute to the departed, with prayers for the peaceful repose of Saint Owoahene Jacob Kwame Asare Korang and Mad. Mary Yaa Abrafi.

The dual-role service across chieftaincy, religious, and political institutions makes Nana Akwasi Asare Nyansapor one of the few leaders in Ghana holding such a combined mandate.
