Bosomtwe Youth Organizer Race: Chairman Adarkwah Calls for Accountability and Measurable Results for Young People

Bosomtwe, Ashanti Region – The role of the Youth Organizer must be more than a title.

It must deliver tangible opportunities and clear results for young people, according to Chairman Adarkwah, who says the office exists solely to serve the youth it represents.

Speaking on his vision for the position, Adarkwah argued that young people in Bosomtwe have a right to know exactly what their office is achieving on their behalf.

“The youth of Bosomtwe then deserve to know what their office is achieving on their behalf,” he said.

“They deserve to see impactful youth programs and the difference they make in people’s lives.”

Adarkwah outlined three areas he believes should define the office’s work: Impactful youth programs:He stressed that programs should not exist on paper alone.

The focus, he said, should be on initiatives that create real change in the daily lives of young people across the constituency.

Job opportunities and skills development:According to Adarkwah, the office must actively pursue job opportunities and skills training that match the needs of youth in Bosomtwe.

He pointed to partnerships and interventions as the route to unlocking real opportunities.

Clear and measurable results:For Adarkwah, accountability means showing concrete outcomes. “Clear and measurable results from the office. That is accountability,” he stated.

He described this approach as the standard he stands for, pledging to run an office that is transparent, responsive, and focused on delivery.

“He is ready to work and to account to the youth every step of the way,” a statement from his team said, adding that his commitment is to build an office centered on Accountability | Opportunity | Results.

Adarkwah closed with a direct appeal to delegates and young people in Bosomtwe to choose him as Choose Youth Organizer.
