NPP Asokwa Chairman Rev. Benjamin Fosu Nkromah Gives Thanks to God with Thanksgiving Service and Victory Celebration

Ahensan-Atonsu, Kumasi-Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Asokwa Constituency, Rev. Benjamin Fosu Nkromah, on Sunday, July 26, 2026, led thousands in thanksgiving to God at a special Thanksgiving Service and Victory Party held in Kumasi.

The event, themed “To God Be The Glory!”, brought together NPP national and regional executives, constituency officers, Assemblies of God clergy, family members, and scores of party sympathizers to celebrate God’s faithfulness in the life and leadership of the Asokwa Chairman.

The first part of the celebration was a solemn and power-packed Thanksgiving Service at the Gloryland Temple Assemblies of God Church, Ahensan Estate, starting at 9:00 AM.

In attendance were worshippers who joined Rev. Nkromah, a respected Minister of the Gospel, to give thanks for life, victory, and divine preservation.

From the church auditorium, the celebration moved to a massive Victory Party at his residence at Atonsu Bokro, where party faithful were treated to enjoy and celebrated, and also fellowship in an atmosphere of pure joy and unity.

Political analysts say the huge turnout in Asokwa  one of the NPP’s safest seats in its Ashanti Region stronghold is a clear demonstration that the party’s base remains energized and united despite its current reorganization phase.

Rev. Fosu Nkromah, who combines ministry with politics, has been hailed as a unifier whose leadership has deepened grassroots participation and strengthened party structures in Asokwa.

His unique role as both a Reverend Minister and a political chairman continues to set him apart as a moral voice within the NPP.

The successful thanksgiving was to inspire similar celebrations across the country and reinforce the NPP’s tradition of returning to God after every major milestone.

The celebration ended with prayers for the NPP, the Asokwa Constituency, and the nation  Ghana.
