Respect and Honour Fathers — Harvester Evangelistic Ministry Pastor

Pastor Daniel Kyeremeh, the Techiman Branch Pastor of Harvester Evangelistic Ministry at Pomaakrom has called on Christians and the general public to respect and honour fathers, describing them as representatives of God on earth.

Speaking in an interview with Asta News after Sunday divine service as part of this year’s Father’s Day celebration, the pastor emphasized the important role fathers play in families and society.

He urged children and all believers to show love, respect, and appreciation to their parents, especially fathers, for their sacrifices and guidance.

Quoting from Epistle to the Ephesians 6:1, which states, “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right,” he encouraged Christians to uphold biblical teachings on obedience and respect for parents.

According to the pastor, honoring fathers strengthens family bonds, promotes discipline, and contributes to a peaceful and God-fearing society.

He therefore urged everyone to use the occasion of Father’s Day to celebrate and appreciate fathers for their dedication and commitment to their families.
