Leadership Is About Holding The Door Open, For Others To Pass Through – Osei Bright ‘Offinba’

Offinso South, Ashanti Region*– NDC Offinso South Constituency Chairman hopeful, Osei Bright, popularly known as ‘Offinba’, has redefined leadership as an act of service centered on creating opportunities for others.

Speaking on his vision of “Transformational Leadership, Working Together, Opportunities For All!!”, Offinba said true leadership is not about occupying space, but about making space for others to grow.

“Leadership is about holding the door open, for others to pass through. If my tenure brings just one young person, one woman, one grassroots member into a position of influence, then I have succeeded,” he stated.

Offinba, who is contesting the Constituency Chairman position under the National Democratic Congress for Offinso South, says his 2026 agenda focuses on unity, capacity building, and ensuring every member feels valued and included in decision-making.

The Offinso South NDC delegates will elect new executives ahead of 2026, with ‘Transformational Leadership’ emerging as a key theme in the race.

As he campaigns under the slogan “HOPEFUL 2026”, Offinba maintains that a strong party is built when leaders become ladders, not ceilings.
