Mogma Johnson Nkumjate Launches 2026 Bid for Offinso North NPP Chair, Promises Inclusive, Grassroots-Driven Leadership

Offinso, Ashanti Region – Mogma Johnson Nkumjate has officially thrown his hat into the ring for the New Patriotic Party Offinso North Constituency Chairmanship, setting his sights on the 2026 internal elections.

Branded as “Hopeful 26’” with the motto “DUTY BOUND”, Nkumjate unveiled campaign during engagement with party members accross Offinso North.

His campaign is rallying delegates around three core mandate: THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE, EVERYONE IS SOMEONE, and TEAMENERGY.  

According to Hon.johnson Nkumjate he  said he wants a chairmanship that works, not one that sits in title only. His vision is built on three pillars drawn directly from his campaign message:

EVERYONE IS SOMEONE underpins his pledge that every party member matters. From polling station executives to patrons, he promises a seat at the table and a voice in decisions that affect the base.

Through TEAMENERGY, he aims to re-energize the youth wing, strengthen cohesion among party structures, and present a united NPP front in Offinso North ahead of the 2028 general elections.

“DUTY BOUND” reflects his commitment to run a transparent, accessible constituency office. The goal: an office that supports members, works closely with the MP, and prioritizes party interest over personal ambition.

According to HHon.johnson Nkumjate,he said his ambition is to reshape Offinso North NPP into a stronger, people-centered machine. He outlines four priority areas:

– Grassroots Strengthening: Deepen engagement at polling station and electoral area levels to boost voter mobilization and party discipline.

– Youth & Women Empowerment: Create real pathways for young people and women to take up visible leadership roles within the constituency.

– Member Support: Transform the constituency office into an active resource hub for members and sympathizers.

– Seat Consolidation: Build “Team Energy” to defend and expand NPP’s parliamentary margin in Offinso North come 2028.

With constituency elections on the horizon, Nkumjate is expected to step up delegate engagement across Offinso North. His message is clear: a chairman who listens first, serves second, and delivers always.
