Two Mini Buses Collide Head-On on Wa Airstrip Road, 10 Hospitalized.

Ten people are receiving treatment at the Upper West Regional Hospital after a head-on crash involving two mini buses on the Wa Airstrip Road early this morning.

The collision involved bus GG-2368-23 travelling from Kumasi and bus AK 1274-21 travelling from Hamile. Both drivers and eight passengers sustained injuries in the impact.

Emergency teams responded quickly and transported all victims to hospital for care.

Police and road safety officials are investigating the cause of the accident. No official statement has been released yet.

Drivers have been advised to exercise extra caution on the road, especially in the early hours when conditions can be hazardous.

Investigations continue.
