CMA Appeals for Support to Complete Vocational School for Street Children

The National President of Christian Mothers’ Association, Mother Hannah Essuman, and the President of Kumasi Catholic Archdiocese, also the South Suntreso Deanery CMA President, led a tour of the Vocational School for Street Children in Abuakwa Akropong, Kumasi.

The association is appealing for support to complete the classrooms, requesting donations of cement, paint, tables, and chairs for students and teachers.

“We are mothers, and it’s our duty to educate children on the streets. Education will lead them to a brighter future,” Mother Hannah Essuman said.

The Christian Mothers’ Association has been instrumental in building the school from scratch and is calling on individuals and organizations to support their efforts.

She praised past executives, including Sir Knight Fosuaba Banahene and friends, patrons, and patroness, for establishing and supporting the foundation of the project.

The Christian Mothers’ Association is urging everyone to contribute in cash or kind to help complete the school.
