Community Health Boost: Philanthropist Nana Bediako Osei Donates Medical Equipment to Amponsahkrom CHPS Compound

Offinso North Municipality, Ashanti Region – April 14, 2026

The Amponsahkrom CHPS Compound in the Offinso North District has received a major boost to its healthcare delivery capacity following a donation of essential medical equipment by Mr.Benjamin Ofosu Owusu-Ansah which on his half Nana Osei Bediako Dwenedabihene presented  the medical equipment to the Amponsahkrom CHPS Compound.

The donated items include a pulse oximeter, portable nebulizer, fetal doppler, and infrared thermometer.

These tools are expected to significantly enhance patient monitoring, maternal care, and emergency response at the facility.

Speaking during the presentation, the Nurse in charge expressed profound gratitude for the gesture.

She noted that the equipment will greatly assist health workers in their daily clinical duties, particularly in tracking vital signs, managing respiratory conditions, and monitoring expectant mothers.

She also made a humble appeal for continued assistance to further strengthen service delivery at the CHPS Compound.

The intervention aligns with ongoing efforts to improve access to quality healthcare in underserved communities across the Ashanti Region.

“We remain committed to supporting our communities and improving access to quality healthcare,” Nsna Osei Bediako Offinso Dwenedabihene said during the handover.

This donation comes as health facilities in rural districts continue to seek partnerships to bridge equipment gaps and improve outcomes.
