Mim Roman Catholic Cluster Of Schools Climaxes Month Of Holy Rosary With Rosary Festival

Mim Roman Catholic Cluster of Schools has celebrated its annual Rosary Festival to climax the month of the Holy Rosary, observed in October.

The celebration was marked with a one-hour Rosary prayer session held on the school field.

The short spiritual activity brought together all learners, teachers and non-teaching staff of the cluster of schools, who joined in prayer, reflection and thanksgiving.

The Rosary Festival, which is observed annually in the Catholic Church, is dedicated to honouring the Blessed Virgin Mary through the praying of the Holy Rosary.

The month of October is specially set aside by the Church for the devotion, encouraging the faithful to deepen their prayer life and grow in faith.

At Mim, the event provided an opportunity for the school community to unite in prayer for peace, academic excellence, good health and the wellbeing of families, the school and the nation.

The prayer session was characterised by reverence, active participation and a strong sense of unity among learners and staff, as they meditated on the mysteries of the Rosary.

Management of the schools expressed appreciation to all who took part in the celebration and encouraged learners to continue to uphold the values of prayer, discipline and devotion in their daily lives.
