Ofinba Unveils First Excerpts of 2028 Manifesto, Pledges Grassroots Revival in Offinso South Constituency
Ashanti Region, GH — Political aspirant Ofinba has released the first excerpts of his constituency manifesto, outlining a 10-point plan centered on party unity, transparency, and direct support for the base ahead of the 2028 elections.
The note, titled _Few Excerpts of Ofinba Manifesto_, lays out his immediate priorities if given the nod. At the top is a commitment to renovate the constituency party office to a standard that accords respect.
He also promised regular visits to old cadres and former executives, describing them as the founding fathers who nurtured the party.
For the grassroots, Ofinba pledged regular visits to branches to make them more vibrant, plus equitable distribution of protocols and materials across all branches.
He’s also pushing for regular accounts on party funds and wants electoral area coordinators and Hon. Assembly members included in wider party decisions since they’re directly in touch with the base.
On welfare and livelihood, the plan includes setting up welfare committees at both constituency and electoral area levels to support registered members during events.
Farmers are not left out — Ofinba promised immediate sharing of inputs like fertilizer, weedicides, boots, cutlasses, seedlings, and _nkokɔ nketenkete_ once received.
Education also features, with a pledge to lobby for more scholarship slots for needy students.
He wrapped the excerpts with a call to “unite all fronts together for the task ahead” in 2028, and noted that the full manifesto is still loading.
The early signals point to a campaign focused on rebuilding party structures from the ground up and keeping the base engaged.
