GES OFFINSO MUNICIPAL UNIT SHOWS APPRECIATION TO OFFINSO MANHENE.
The Ghana Education Service, Offinso Municipal Unit, has presented a prestigious citation to Nana Dwamena Akenten II, the esteemed Offinso Manhene, in recognition of his unwavering support and exceptional leadership in promoting education, youth development, and sports excellence within the Offinso Traditional Area.
At the 69th independence day celebrations at Offinso Municipal, the importance of collaboration between traditional leaders and educational institutions, the citation was presented to Nana Dwamena Akenten II by Ms. Gladys Kwakye, Municipal Director of Education, and Mr. Henry Agyemang Prempeh, Municipal Sports Coordinator.
This honour acknowledges his tireless efforts in fostering a conducive environment for academic and athletic growth among young people in the municipality.
The citation specifically commended Nana Dwamena Akenten II for his fatherly guidance, encouragement, and moral support, which greatly contributed to the success of this year’s Inter-School Athletics Competition.
