Joy In Ejisu As Catholic Archdiocese Blesses New Ultra-Modern Pre-School Complex

Ejisu -Kumasi Wednesday, 29th July, 2026- In a joyful and faith-filled ceremony, the school community has celebrated the blessing and dedication of its new Pre-School Complex, a major milestone in its mission to provide a nurturing, holistic and faith-filled learning environment for every child.

The state-of-the-art complex, purposely built for early childhood learners, was solemnly dedicated to God as a centre for academic excellence and moral formation.

The Rite of Blessing and Dedication was led by His Grace, Most Rev. Gabriel Justice Yaw Anokye, Metropolitan Archbishop of Kumasi, assisted by Very Rev. Msgr. Louis Kofi Tuffour, Vicar General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi.

In his homily, Archbishop Anokye commended the school’s leadership for its foresight and dedication to holistic Catholic education. He prayed that the new facility would serve as a true sanctuary of learning  where children grow in wisdom and stature before God  and urged parents and educators to continue their collaborative role in forming children in faith, discipline and love.

The occasion was graced by Hon. Kwabena Boateng, Member of Parliament for Ejisu, whose presence underscored the importance of partnership between church and state in advancing quality education.

Also present were the Proprietress, priests and religious, management and staff, pupils and students, parents, alumni, invited guests and well-wishers.

In her address of gratitude, the Proprietress thanked Almighty God, the Archdiocese of Kumasi and all benefactors and collaborators whose sacrifice and generosity brought the vision to reality.

She reiterated the school’s unwavering commitment to providing a safe, stimulating and child-friendly environment anchored in Christian values.

The colourful ceremony was enlivened by choral ministrations by the school choir, the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon, and a guided tour of the new facility.

We thank God for His abundant grace upon this project and pray that this new Pre-School Complex will be a beacon where young minds are nurtured to grow in wisdom, knowledge, faith and love, and are firmly grounded for lifelong learning and service to God and humanity.
