49th GHANCYC Annual General Council Meeting Set to Unite Youth Leaders Across Ghana
The Ghana National Catholic Youth Council (GHANCYC) is gearing up to host its 49th Annual General Council Meeting (AGCM), a premier gathering of youth leaders from across the country. Under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Mathias Waliba Justice, this year’s meeting promises to be a faith-filled, transformative, and inspiring experience.
As Mr. Mathias Waliba Justice aptly puts it, the meeting is more than just a gathering – it’s a movement of mission-driven youth shaping the future of the Church and society.
The AGCM will provide a platform for youth leaders to converge, share experiences, and chart the way forward for youth leadership and mission.
The meeting aims to strengthen bonds of faith, promote youth leadership, and empower young people to live out their Christian faith in the face of challenges.
According to GHANCYC’s mission, the organization seeks to bring faith into the public square and equip youth with the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive impact in their communities.
At the AGCM, youth leaders will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, share best practices, and develop strategies for youth-led initiatives and mission-driven projects.
The meeting will also provide a platform for delegates to deepen their understanding of Christian values and principles, and to chart the future direction of youth ministry in Ghana’s Catholic Church.
With the theme of empowering youth to shape the future of the Church and society, this meeting is expected to be a significant milestone in the GHANCYC’s journey.
The outcomes of the meeting will shape the direction of youth ministry in Ghana’s Catholic Church for the year to come, and will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on the lives of young people across the country.
