Ntiamoah Foundation Supports Health Facilities in Birim North with GHC287,000 Worth of Equipment

 

Some health centers in the Birim North district of the Eastern Region have received a significant boost in their healthcare delivery services, thanks to the Ntiamoah Foundation.

The non-governmental organization donated health equipment worth GHC287,000 to health facilities in communities such as Prasokuma, Kyenkyenku, Nwinso, and Ntronang.

The donated equipment includes oxygen cylinders, stretchers, vaccine fridges, and examination beds, among others.

According to the Manager of the Ntiamoah Foundation, Madam Mercy Quansah Ansah, the organization’s priority is to support the people of Birim North and extend their support to other areas in the Eastern Region.

Receiving the items, the District Health Director, Daniel Derby, expressed gratitude to the Ntiamoah Foundation for their immense support and appealed for more assistance to enhance quality healthcare delivery in the district.

The chief of Akyem Ntronang, Nana Asiedu Akora, also commended the Ntiamoah Foundation for the donation, highlighting the positive impact it will have on the health and well-being of the community.

This gesture demonstrates the organization’s commitment to improving healthcare services in the region.
