Ghanaians Urged to Support Vulnerable Amid Economic Crisis
Prominent figures and organizations in Ghana are calling on citizens to lend a helping hand to those in need, particularly in the face of the country’s current economic challenges.
The family of the late Madam Georgina Opuku recently made a generous donation to the Kumasi Children’s Home, consisting of essential food items such as rice, cooking oil, beverages, and bottled water.
Kwabena Oppong Opuku, speaking to the media, emphasized that supporting the vulnerable is crucial for strengthening society as a whole. “Support for the vulnerable is vital to strengthen the whole society and the entire community,” he stressed.
The caretaker of the Kumasi Children’s Home, Miss Mable Amponsah, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Opuku family for their kindness.
This act of charity is part of a broader movement in Ghana, where individuals and organizations are coming together to provide aid to those affected by the economic crisis.
