Mahama submits Presidential Staff report to Parliament, reveals 808 personnel at Jubilee House
The government has presented its annual staffing report on the Office of the President to Parliament, disclosing that a total of 808 personnel were serving at the Presidency as of December 31, 2025.
The report, submitted in accordance with Section 11 of the Presidential Office Act, 1993 (Act 463), indicates that the workforce comprised 233 political appointees and 575 civil servants and other public officers assigned to the Presidency.
Covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the document provides a comprehensive breakdown of personnel at the Office of the President, detailing their positions, grades, ranks and staff seconded from various public institutions.
The submission forms part of the Presidency’s legal obligation to account annually to Parliament on the structure, composition and staffing of the Office of the President.
According to the report, the personnel data includes the names, designations and grades of individuals serving at the Presidency during the reporting period.
The document has been laid before Parliament for scrutiny and official record, in line with statutory requirements aimed at promoting transparency and accountability in public administration.
