ADANSI AKROFUOM MP AWARDS 37 BEST BECE CANDIDATES IN THE DISTRICT

The Member of Parliament for Adansi Akrofuom Constituency, Hon. Joseph Azumah, has awarded 37 outstanding BECE candidates who distinguished themselves in the district by obtaining aggregates between 6 and 12.

The initiative, described as a gesture to encourage academic excellence, seeks to motivate students in the Adansi Akrofuom District to take their education seriously and strive for improved academic performance.

Speaking at the presentation, Hon. Joseph Azumah said the 37 beneficiaries were selected as the best-performing students across the district.

According to him, his motivation for supporting the students is to encourage them to work harder while inspiring other students to improve their academic performance and contribute to the advancement of quality education in the district.

Hon. Joseph Azumah also shared aspects of his personal educational journey, noting that he faced challenges and had to work hard before reaching his current position.

He encouraged the beneficiaries to remain focused on their education, make good use of the support provided, and serve as role models to other students in the district.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed their appreciation to Hon. Joseph Azumah for the initiative, saying the recognition and support would motivate them to work harder in their future academic pursuits.

The initiative is expected to further encourage academic excellence among students in the Adansi Akrofuom District.
