The participants were drawn from eight arch/dioceses, including Obuasi, Sunyani, Goaso, Konongo, Mampong, Techiman, and Kumasi.
The CMA hopes that the training will contribute to promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance in Ghana.
The theme for the program is “Inclusive Local Government Participation: The Way to Gender Equity.” The initiative aims to empower women and promote gender equality in local government decision-making processes.

The training also focused on political leadership and communication. Participants were reminded to wield power with humility, recognizing that it is not forever and belongs to the people.
They were advised to know their electorate and be mindful of their utterances, as one communication will not go for all.
Effective political communication was emphasized as a crucial aspect of leadership, with participants warned that it can either make or unmake them.
– Power should be wielded with humility
