Wesco Demonstration JHS C Hosts Impactful Digital Learning Session; GES Kumasi Metro Lauds Regional Library Team

The Ghana Education Service (GES), Kumasi Metro Directorate, has commended the successful digital learning engagement held at Wesco Demonstration JHS C on 23rd September 2026, describing it as another exceptional school visit defined by meaningful learning, dedication and immense sacrifice.
The Directorate, in a statement, extended its profound appreciation to the Ashanti Regional Library team for their unwavering commitment to helping Junior High School learners master modern digital learning tools while strategically preparing them for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
According to GES Kumasi Metro, the collaboration is equipping learners with essential digital literacy skills crucial for academic excellence and future opportunities.
The Directorate also acknowledged the Metro Director of Education, Mr. David Oppong, for his constant motivation and visionary leadership in supporting learners’ digital growth across the metropolis.
Furthermore, the Directorate highly commended the Headmistress and the dedicated teaching staff of Wesco Demonstration JHS C for their outstanding involvement, cooperation and support during the visit, describing their commitment as truly exemplary.
