St. Peter’s Cooperative Credit Union Bank Manager Advises Ghanaians to Keep Dreams Private
Paul Atta Opong, the Maakro Branch Manager of St. Peter’s Cooperative Credit Union, has shared valuable advice with Ghanaians on the importance of keeping personal dreams and aspirations private.
According to him, sharing one’s plans and successes with others can potentially hinder their realization.
In a thought-provoking message, Opong cautioned against sharing personal goals and achievements with others, especially those who may harbor envy or jealousy.
He emphasized that revealing one’s plans too soon can give others the opportunity to sabotage or undermine progress.
“Buying a house? Close your mouth,Buying a new car?,Close your mouth,Getting married? Close your mouth,Going on a holiday? Close your mouth,Going to do a course? Close your mouth,Got promoted? Close your mouth.”
Mr.paul Atta Opong explained that many people struggle to achieve their dreams because they share their plans with the wrong people at the wrong time.
He warned that even some family members may harbor hidden envy, but ultimately, “they can’t stop what God has for you.”
Mr Paul Atta Opong concluded with a thought-provoking analogy: “If Fish ๐ closed its mouth ๐, The hook of the fisherman wonโt catch it.”
This serves as a reminder to be mindful of what we share with others and to keep our goals and aspirations private until the right time.
