Safe-Child Advocacy Eulogises Ghana’s Gallant Farmers on National Farmers’ Day
Safe-Child Advocacy (SCA) is proud to acknowledge the tireless efforts of Ghana’s farmers on the occasion of the 41st National Farmers’ Day.
The theme for this year’s celebration, “Feed Ghana, Eat Ghana, Secure the Future,” highlights the critical role farmers play in ensuring food security and sustaining communities.
Rev. Sister Olivia Umoh, Director of Safe-Child Advocacy, joins the nation in saluting these unsung heroes who work tirelessly to feed the nation.
Their dedication and resilience are the backbone of Ghana’s agricultural sector, and their contributions will continue to inspire future generations.
The SCA recognizes the challenges faced by farmers, including climate unpredictability, high input costs, and limited access to technology and financing.
Despite these obstacles, Ghana’s farmers remain committed to their craft, and their efforts have earned them a place of honor in the nation’s development.
As Ghana celebrates this milestone, the SCA reaffirms its commitment to supporting farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture practices.
We join the call to action, urging all stakeholders to prioritize the welfare and empowerment of our farmers, who are the true heroes of Ghana’s agricultural landscape.
