Rawlings Family Announces Final Funeral Date for Nana Konadu Agyeman

The family of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, has announced Friday, 28th November 2025, as the date for her final funeral rites.

Speaking at a press briefing, the head of the family, Oheneba Akwasi Abayie, stated that after the ceremony at the Black Star Square, there will be no additional gatherings anywhere in the country in the name of her funeral.

He further clarified that there will be no specially designed funeral cloth for the occasion; attendees are simply expected to wear all black to reflect the solemnity of the event.

Oheneba Akwasi Abayie also urged all mourners to comply with the security protocols that will be enforced by personnel assigned to maintain order at the funeral grounds.
