The outage, which started on Wednesday night at the GRIDCO substation in Wawase, has caused widespread disruptions.

Local business owners, beauticians, seamstresses, and others have shared their struggles, citing the outage’s negative impact on their livelihoods.
Students at Obuasi Senior High School are forced to queue for water, while the closure of public toilets has led to unsanitary conditions.
