Nurses Provide Essential Services, Let’s Appreciate Their Worth” – Rev. Fr. Michael Kwaku Boahen
The Parish Priest of St Theresa Roman Catholic Church, Asewase, Rev. Fr. Michael Kwaku Boahen, has urged Ghanaians to appreciate the invaluable services nurses provide, especially during times of crisis.
Speaking amid the ongoing nurses’ strike, he emphasized that it’s only when they withdraw their services that the public realizes their importance.
Let’s not insult them with unkind comments.” – Rev. Fr. Michael Kwaku Boahen said.

“We all feel hurt when lives are lost…,but let not our politicians and governments… ‘insult’ them… people enter politics, come to power and ‘overnight’ they are billionaires….you think other public servants are blind? We beg the nurses to go back but don’t rob salt over injuries with very unkind comments.” – Rev. Fr. Michael Kwaku Boahen added.
