NPP’s Justin Kodua Slams Party Members for Disrespect

The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua, has expressed concern over the growing disrespect for the party’s leadership and structures.

Speaking on Asempa FM, Kodua warned individuals aspiring to leadership roles within the party that they cannot continue to disregard the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) and expect to succeed.

Kodua’s frustration stems from recent incidents, including a rerun election in Ablekuma North, where some individuals went against the party’s NEC decision.

He emphasized that such behavior will not be tolerated, especially after the party elects a flagbearer in 2026.

“People must learn to respect the party,” Kodua stressed. “You want to become a flagbearer, but the very body you’ll use to become a flagbearer, you want to undermine it.”

Kodua’s warning serves as a call to action for party members to respect the party’s leadership and structures.

He emphasized that disrespecting the party will have consequences and urged members to work within the established framework to achieve their goals.
