NPP UK Condemns Arrest of Ashanti Regional Chairman, Calls for Justice.
The New Patriotic Party UK (NPP UK) has issued a press statement expressing solidarity with the Ashanti Regional Chairman and the NPP fraternity following his arrest. New Patriotic Party UK condemned the “Rambo-style” arrest, describing it as part of a broader pattern of intimidation and harassment by the NDC government.
NPP UK expressed alarm over the “unprecedented and excessive bail conditions” imposed on the Regional Chairman and other opposition members, viewing them as disproportionate and a clear travesty of justice.
