NDC Chairman debunk viral galamsey video in Ashanti region
The Atwima Mponua NDC constituency chairman, Mr Haruna Salifu (Chairman Kutu) has debunked viral video against him on galamsey, sue Amaro Shakur (Publisher) 1,500,000. 00 for false claims.

The plaintiff (Chairman Kutu) claim that the defendant (Amaro Shakur) statements were false and damaging to his reputation. From the writ, he is seeking several reliefs, including:
– A declaration that the defendant’s publications are defamatory
– An order for the defendant to retract the publication on his social media platforms
– A public apology from the defendant
– An order restraining the defendant from publishing further falsehoods against the plaintiff and many more.
