Nana Antwi Boasiako VI, Odikro of Abeadze Akyease and Ankobeahen of Abeadze State, has appealed to the government to repair the poor roads in the Abeadze Traditional Area.

According to him, the deplorable roads have negatively impacted socio-economic activities, leading to high transportation costs due to frequent vehicle maintenance.

Speaking to Oyerepa TV at Nana Yaw Yeboah’s one-week observation in Abeadze Kyeakor, Central Region, Nana Antwi Boasiako VI stated that despite efforts by traditional authorities to alert government officials and stakeholders, no action has been taken.

He urged the government and sons and daughters of the area to intervene and fix the roads, enhancing the area’s socio-economic development.

Nana Antwi Boasiako VI, as a right-hand chief to Dasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII, Paramount Chief of Abeadze Traditional Area, has fondly recalled Nana Yaw Yeboah’s commitment to traditional duties.

As a trusted selector of chiefs to accompany the Paramount Chief to various programs, Nana Antwi Boasiako VI consistently chose Nana Yaw Yeboah for his reliability and dedication.

“Nana Yaw Yeboah was always the first to arrive at state meetings,” Nana Antwi Boasiako VI noted, highlighting his exemplary behavior. This level of commitment earned Nana Yaw Yeboah a special place among his peers and the traditional authorities.

Nana Ehuran Kobea Vlll, Odikro of Esiamotan and Krontihen of Abeadze State, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Nana Yaw Yeboah for his outstanding contributions to Abeadze Kyeakor and the broader traditional area.

According to Nana Ehuran Kobea Vlll, Nana Yaw Yeboah has been a dedicated community member, consistently supporting the development of Abeadze Kyeakor.

He recalled Nana Yaw Yeboah’s selfless service, often representing other chiefs at funerals and programs, and covering for them when they were away. “Who will do that work for us?” Nana Ehuran Kobea Vlll, acknowledging Nana Yaw Yeboah’s tireless efforts.

In tribute, he said: “Nana Yaw Yeboah, you have served Abeadze Kyeakor township in every position, contributing significantly to its development. Rest well, Nana Yeboah; we shall forever remember you.”
