NADMO Coordinator Appeals to Government for Vehicle to Boost Emergency Response

Offinso, Ghana – The NADMO Coordinator for Offinso South, Hon. Guy 90, has appealed to the government to provide a vehicle to facilitate quick response to disaster cases in the municipality.

Speaking at the Offinso Sakamkrom Community 60-Year Refuse Clearance Milestone, Hon. Guy 90 highlighted the challenges faced by NADMO in responding to emergencies due to the lack of vehicles.

“The Offinso South municipal is too big, and it’s trotro you would have to join during attending or responding to cases,” he said, emphasizing the need for a reliable means of transportation to facilitate quick response to disasters.

Hon. Guy 90 represented the MCE and emphasized that the clearance is part of their campaign promise to support community initiatives. “Our work won’t just end here, but we will continue to support the community,” he said.

The event was attended by the chief and assembly members of Sakamkrom, who were commended for their efforts in clearing a 60-year-old refuse dump, a significant step towards improving sanitation and hygiene in the community.
