GHANCYC Elects New Leadership: Mathew Adda Takes the Helm
The Ghana National Catholic Youth Council (GHANCYC) has elected a new national executive team at the Centre for Pastoral Formation in Tamale on September 6th, 2025. Mathew Adda from Navrongo/Bolgatanga Diocese has been elected Chairman, while Asamoah Twumasi Vondee from the Goaso Diocese and Rhoda from the Accra Archdiocese have taken up the positions of Vice Chairman and Treasurer, respectively.
The Newly elected executives Team includes the following:
– Chairman: Mathew Adda (Navrongo/Bolgatanga Diocese)
– Vice Chairman: Asamoah Twumasi Vondee (Goaso Diocese)
– Treasurer: Rhoda (Accra Archdiocese)
This leadership change comes as the GHANCYC prepares to embark on new initiatives aimed at empowering young Catholics in Ghana.
