Accra, Ghana – May 29, 2025 – In a significant announcement, the Ministry of the Interior has declared Friday, June 6, 2025, as a statutory public holiday to commemorate Eid-Ul-Adha, a major Islamic festival.

This declaration was made through a press release signed by Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, the Minister for the Interior.
