“Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future: 49th GHANCYC Annual General Council Meeting Kicks Off in Tamale”
The Ghana National Catholic Youth Council (GHANCYC) has launched its 49th Annual General Council Meeting in Tamale, bringing together thousands of young Catholic leaders, clergy, and dignitaries from across the country.
The four-day gathering, themed “Jubilee Year: A Time to Proclaim Christ, Hope for the Church and Ghana,” aims to strengthen the faith and leadership of Ghana’s Catholic youth.
The meeting will feature discussions on pertinent issues affecting Catholic youth in Ghana, as well as talks, prayer sessions, entertainment, and fellowship designed to deepen the spiritual, social, and leadership life of the Catholic youth.
A key highlight of the event will be the election of new national executives to steer the affairs of GHANCYC.
Under the leadership of GHANCYC Chairman, Mr. Mathias Waliba Justice, this milestone event promises to inspire renewed commitment to proclaiming Christ as the ultimate hope for both the Church and Ghana.
The gathering seeks to empower young Catholics to live out their faith while contributing positively to the growth of the Church and the nation.
