E/R: YOUNGMAN ESCAPES DEATH AFTER BROTHER IN-LAW BUTCHERES HIM AT AFOSU

The Police at Abirem District Command has arrested one Bra kofi, 45 year old man for attacking and butchering his supposed brother in law at Afosu Sikawoaboum in Birim North District of Eastern region.

The tragic incident took place on Sunday 5th October 2025 around 11PM after the suspect (Bra Kofi) attacked William Gboke (24 years) Also Known as Glory when he was having a leisure time in their compound when Bra Kofi attacked him from behind.

Speaking with the media, the Victim, William Gboke Also Known as Glory, the suspect has been in conflict with them for a long time now because he used to be married to their sister but due to some wired and chaotic behaviors the marriage has ended and he has been blaming the sibling for that.

William Gboke attacked him from behind, cutting his neck, face, back, hands and on his legs too leaving him near death. Due to this, William Gboke has called on the Police to ensure he get justice.

Also Senior brother of the victim, Sylvester Larbi has used the opportunity to call on the security agencies to ensure that, they get the necessary justice to avert future clash or misunderstanding.
