Christian Mothers’ Association Trains Youth for Leadership Roles.

The Christian Mothers’ Association hasĀ  conducted a 2-day training program for young leaders from various dioceses across the country.

The theme of the training is “Inclusive local government participation, the way to gender equity.”

The program aims to promote a more inclusive and equitable approach to local governance.

The trainees represent seven dioceses, including Donkorkrom Vicariate, Jasikan Diocese, Koforidua Diocese, Ho Diocese, Accra Archdiocese, Sekondi Takoradi Diocese, and Cape Coast Archdiocese.

Three trainees from each diocese were selected for the program.

The training emphasizes the importance of gender equity in leadership positions.

A majority of the trainees are females, highlighting the association’s commitment to promoting women’s participation in decision-making roles.

Mother Olivia Ansu Amponsah used the platform to

The association urges participants to serve with diligence and humility, recognizing that leadership is a form of servitude.
