Catholic Youth Congress Emphasizes Unity and Empowerment in Jubilee Year for Synodality.
In a powerful message during the Youth Congress in the Catholic Diocese of Konongo-Mampong, the Vice Chairperson Nana Agyei-Sikapa K. Emmanuel emphasized the theme “Empowering the Catholic Youth in the Jubilee Year for Synodality and Proclaiming Christ, Hope for the Church and Ghana.
” The congress, held, aimed to deepen faith, sharpen leadership, and discern roles in a world needing Christ’s light.

The Vice Chairperson Nana Agyei-Sikapa K. Emmanuel called for unity among all movements groups,Deaneries,Parish/Rectorate, and local youth organizations within the diocese.
“We are one body in Christ,” he stressed, urging participants to set aside divisions and leverage collective energy to ensure every young person feels welcomed and supported.
Quoting Pope Francis, the Vice Chairperson highlighted that “the spirit of youth is not limited by age” and that “youth is a state of mind—a mindset of hope, courage, and action.”

He emphasized Christ’s ability to bring youth and vitality to everything he touches.
