Breaking News: Building Collapses in Cape Coast, Two Trapped and Rescued
A devastating building collapse occurred at Idun Amissekyir stretch in Cape Coast, trapping two individuals under the rubble. Fortunately, both persons have been rescued and are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
Details surrounding the incident are still emerging, but eyewitnesses report that the building collapsed in the early hours of the morning. Emergency responders, including the Ghana National Fire Service and National Disaster Management Organization, were quickly dispatched to the scene.

This incident comes on the heels of a similar building collapse in Cape Coast’s London Bridge community last Saturday, which claimed the lives of two elderly individuals, Madam Ataa Panin, 79, and Emmanuel Ankaful, 84. Several others were injured in that incident.
