Bosome Freho District Education Directorate Rewards 23 Outstanding BECE Students.

As part of the efforts to boost students confidence in Prioritizing education, Bosome Freho District education directorate has rewarded twenty-three (23) Students in the District who are entering SHS this year with excellent performance in this year’s BECE.

Five students among the 23 were also given Certificate of honor and some amount of money to cushion their SHS education.

During a grand Durbar at Dunkura, the District education Director, Mr. Michael Bruce speaking with the Media said, the initiative is to encourage other students in the District to choose education ahead of any other things.

According him, the move will help the students to learn harder as they pursue their second cycle education.

Mr. Michael Bruce commended the former education Director, Mr. Solomon Owusu for bringing up this wonderful initiative to help identify the potentials in the students in the District.

After that, the Chief executive officer for Bosome Freho Rural Bank, Mr. Paul Donkor, who also supported the initiative Financial thanked the education directorate for such program and pledged his continuous support to ensure quality education in the District.

On his Part, Hon. Charles Appiah Kubi, the DCE for Bosome Freho called on the parents to advise their wards to prioritize education for a better future.
