BDF Ghana Academy Empowers Youth through Leadership and Political Branding Fellowship.
The Better Dream Foundation Ghana (BDF Ghana), under the leadership of its CEO, Shaibu Mohammed, has launched an exciting initiative to empower the youth.
The organization has successfully oriented 40 young leaders for its Youth Leadership and Political Branding Fellowship program.
This year, the BDF Ghana Academy is committed to empowering 40 youth and young politicians to expand their global footprint and achieve sustainable growth through effective international diplomatic practices.
The selected applicants will undergo an intensive 8-week training program.
The training schedule includes Political Branding on November 1, 2025; Policy Formulation on November 8, 2025; Personal Branding on November 15, 2025; Effective Leadership Skills on November 22, 2025; Effective Communication Skills on November 29, 2025; Team Management on December 6, 2025; Effective Negotiation Skills on December 13, 2025; and How to Promote Your Brand on December 20, 2025.
Participants in the program will receive valuable benefits.
These benefits include free training from industry experts on in-demand skills, eligibility to compete for seed funding to bring their ideas to life, connection to a community of like-minded peers and exclusive access to potential employers and investors, a certificate of completion, opportunities to further their fellowship with different institutions, and an award plaque and citation for the best 3 graduates.
This initiative demonstrates the Better Dream Foundation Ghana’s commitment to empowering the youth and promoting leadership development in the country.
