Kofi Samuel, 22, popularly known as ‘PTA’, fell into an uncovered borehole after allegedly taking a Tramadol tablet.
According to friends, ‘PTA’ took the potent opioid drug, known as ‘Red’, on Wednesday, May 7.
After consuming the substance, he began behaving strangely and went in search of water.
Unfortunately, he fell into the borehole.

Neighbors attempted to rescue him, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
The police were called, and the body was conveyed to the mortuary for preservation.
The police have launched an investigation into the cause of death.
