11-Day-Old Baby Girl Stolen from Pre-HA Hospital in Agogo

A shocking incident has occurred at the Presbyterian Hospital in Agogo, where an 11-day-old baby girl was stolen from her mother

The victim, Felicia Obenewaa, recounted the harrowing experience to Salt FM’s Kaakyire Akosua Ansu Gyeabour Damoah.

According to Felicia, the suspect befriended her at the hospital, sharing a false story about losing her own baby.

The suspect then offered to hold Felicia’s baby while she used the washroom. When Felicia returned, the suspect and her baby were gone.

The hospital authorities have filed a formal complaint with the Ghana Police Service. Agogo District Commander, ASP John Danquah, has assured the family that the police are working to find the baby and bring the perpetrator to justice.

“We want to assure the victim and her family to be calm. We will do everything possible to find the baby and deal with the suspect,” ASP Danquah said.

The search for the baby is ongoing, and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
